Hello. Morning uolls. I know ramai yang bangun dari tidur terus update blog right.? haha. Normal things in life. Got nothing to do just buka lappy depan mata and update blog. Same goes to me! Hehe. Tapi pertama sekali bangun pagi yg perlu kita lakukan : 




1) Cari makanan dekat dapur untuk breakfast cara sihat

2) Pepagi tak elok sangat makan junk food ok.

3) Yang paling minum air 3 gelas masa waktu pagi. But make sure 1 hari 8 gelas kena minum air untuk dapat badan yg sihat dan cergas

4)  Jangan makan terlalu kenyang kerana nisbah makanan dalam perut adalah 1/3 sahaja. Perut perlu menampung 1/3 makanan, 1/3 air dan 1/3 udara

5) Makan sewaktu lapar dan berhenti sebelum kenyang

6) Minum 2 hingga 2 1/2 liter air bersih setia hari, iaitu sekali setiap 2 jam. Selepas minum korang perlu buang air kecil dan ini perlu lakukan 8-10 kali setiap hari.

7) Setiap kali selepas makan, amalkan 100 langkah supaya makanan yg dimakan cepat dihadamkan dan dapat mengelakkan perut buncit. Jangan terus duduk atau tidur selepas makan.

Nisa always drink two cups as soon as Nisa bangun. So sihat. Nice entri. Ada byk jugak mende Nisa tak tahu :)

7) Setiap kali selepas makan, amalkan 100 langkah supaya makanan yg dimakan cepat dihadamkan dan dapat mengelakkan perut buncit. Jangan terus duduk atau tidur selepas makan.
